    Sir, I purchased 4 bigha agriculture land in 1989 which is urban land, now I have sold it and amount will be paid to within two years. May you Please guide me accordingly to save the tax and investment in Bonds/ property.

    Sir I hv an inherited pushtainy land in rajasthan. .it was earlier agricultural land…it was not shown in IT file. ..the land was gifted to my father by his uncle. …is thr any tax liability on sale of this land -like gst, vat,service tax or income tax. ..if any how it is calculated. ..or can we gift it to any social organisation school etc …..Pl help

    Thanks for uploading such an informative video. Sir actually I have a question regarding the sale and purchase of a land or residential house. I have sold my two different landed property in the year 2017 – 2018 and purchased a residential house in the same year. The total cost of the property sold during the period was 38 lakh and the cost of the residential house purchased was 37 lakh including registration and stamp duty. Then as per my knowledge I will have to pay 20% flat income tax on Rs. 1 lakh that is 20 thousand. But my tax consultant told me that the exemption will not be allowed for 38 lakh because 32 lakh comes with one property and 6 lakh from another property. But I completely disagree with the plea. Because an individual may sale their different property to collect a lump sum amount to invest in a new residential property. Please clear my confusion regarding the above mentioned matter. Thanks in anticipation.

    Sir Mera ek truck hai Jo ki ek transport agency ke under chalta hai Aur Mera turnover 20 Lacs se uppar hai toh kya Mujhe gst mein registration lena padega Aur agar lena padega toh usme kitne % gst charge karna hoga
