Everyone try preparing this instant wheat halwa This needs just five minutes to prepare this dish The ingredients are 150 grams of wheat flour 150 grams of sugar 150 grams of milk 150 ml refined oil cardamom powder red food colour skip the food colour if you do not like adding cashews roasted in ghee Pour the oil and heat in a non-stick pan Pour the oil and heat in a non-stick pan Add the wheat flour with it stir well. initially the flour will get accumulated stir well to dissolve them stir well continuously It gets thickened and bubbles will be forming Set minimum flame through out the process Now switch off the stove Add milk to it Once milk is added, it gets thicken continuously stir in this stage this also can be done with minimum flame Now add sugar set the stove with minimum flame set the stove with minimum flame stir until the sugar melts Add food colour now Please skip this step if you do not prefer food colour Add elachi powder Add the roasted cashews and ghee Add the roasted cashews and ghee The whole process is just five minutes Enjoy cooking this dish
