    Mera plot non agricultural hai
    Kya is plot par home loan mil sakta hai, maine sbi m baat ki thi bank manager ne bola plot residential hona chahiye,jabki hamara CLU (agricultural to non agricultural) karane wala vakil bol raha hai ki is plot ko non agricultural hi likha jayega na ki residential, please send me some guide lines

    उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने हमारी 21 बीघा भूमि 1955 में ड्रेनेज सिस्टम बनाने के लिए एक वायर की थी लेकिन 40 साल तक उस पर कुछ भी नहीं बनाया गया और सन 2000 में उस का लैंड यूज चेंज करके निजी व्यक्तियों को बेचा जा रहा है हम क्या कर सकते हैं कृपया बता दीजिए

    नमस्कार , अगर गांव में मेरे दो मकान अलग अलग जगह पे है , 1 km की दूरी पे , और अभी मेरे बाजू वाला प्लाट खाली है यानि किसीके नाम पे नही है सरकारी है , तो क्या 1km दूरी वाला प्लॉट सरकार को देकर अपने बाजुवाला प्लाट ट्रान्सफर हो सकता हैं मेरे नाम पे ?
    1 km दूरी वाला भी मेरा प्लॉट है , और अभी मैं रहेता हु उस घर के बाजुवाला खाली प्लॉट ही है ( सरकारी है )

    Hi sir, we r converting land from agriculture to residential but govt authorities r saying we have to give 50 feet land to govt from road ( which is at edge of land ) . Is there a way we can save our 50 feet land ?
