This method can be used in 4 days without long fermentation. And 10 minutes of stirring without heating. It’s a shocking technology
even to a natural detergent experts. I have disclosed the technology without patenting it. If you make your own environmentally friendly wetting agent, It will only cost you 50 cents per liter. mixed JWA , JS and Herbal solution
becomes the natural pesticide for aphids. and It costs only $3 USD for 500 liters. Powdery mildew solution costs only $3.3 USD

which needs mix several pesticides to treat. In our way, mites are very good. with JADAM method you can

Short process of making JWA. I’ll explain the rest after watching the video first. It is with from canola oil. Then agitate with an electric drill. The mass becomes thicker during the stirring process. Changes to thin mayonnaise like color. The entire process takes about 10 minutes. And it will go further. After stirring for 3 days
It hardens like butter. After ripening, add more water
Split with a drill and begin to melt. So about 24 hours passes,

Here’s an analysis table for the JWA. Currently K2O component is about 2%. So it does not just work as a simple pesticide, But also becomes a nutrient and
gives the crop more color and more nutrient. JWA is allowed for Organic farming
By korean government. and only used substances that are allowed
in USDA organic regulation. In the US USDA Organic National list EPA4 and EPA3
natural ingredient are allowed for the organic. JWA and JS are made only from
the corresponding natural substances. Therefore, Farmers can get
organic certified all around the globe. Unlike chemical pesticides
It should be made only with soft water. Also, even when used in combination
You must use soft water. Soft water is water which contains
less Magnesium and calcium. soft water is also the water
which washes cloths well. When we check the quality of water, You can check it by mixing it with JWA We send sample JWA for
testing when order is submitted. When you put the JWA into water on the left side of the picture Color does not change at all
left water is soft water. Clear water should be used as pesticide
to maximized the effect. Groundwater is also quite a lot with soft water. Please check the water before use When soft water is hardly available, the best way is to collecting rainwater. It is recommended to collect rain water
after 30 minutes starting of rain If you can’t get rain, you can use a water softener. How to make a water softener

the penetration is less effective. I will show you how to make it. the video is about 32 minutes. After looking at it, I will explain in detail. Jadam wetting agent (JWA) was invented by Youngsang Cho in 2010. He disclosed the knowledge
without patenting it in order to share it with the farmers of the world. Currently there is law in korea that allowing people to use. JWA is a wetting agent and also capable of pest control. The most important part this is, The water. For example if you use hard water which contains calcium and magnesium The JWA will be harder and less effect. So prepare to test your water quality before making it. If you have bought our JWA DIY kit, You will get the guide pamplet and the JWA sample. The reason why sample is added in the kit is to test your water before making it. If you test with sample you will able to know whether the water is hard or soft. Now i will test it with two different water. Just add little bit. And compare it. How is it? Water on the right side has barely changed. And the left one has become hazy Which one is better? The rwater on the right is the most perfect water to use. On the other hand, the hazy one is hard water.
which is not good for wetting agent I’m going to begin with the perfect water. the characteristic part this water is that it will creat lots of bubble when you shake it. A lot like this. And the hazy one has less foam. If you shake it you will see the difference. The foam is important here but hazy one has less foam. and has less penetration effect. Use soft water to make the perfect JWA. Clear one is filtered with water softner. And the hazy one is normal water which i got from kitchen. You can see the different amount of foam and color. But what if you can’t get soft water like this? Then i recommand to use rain water or the water that is filtered with softner. 10 minutes has passed. You can see more difference. We have made JS (JADAM Sulfur) in the last video. And now we are going to make JWA. When you use pesticide with JWA, Noramally you will use 3 containers of JWA like this for 1 container of pesticide. Most of you will continuosly make lot of JWA The important part is, The container should be very clean. If there is something thn you will fail to make JWA. It will become hazy. Because of this reason the container should be clean. And one more thing, you will need hand drill Usually it is dirty after making some other inputs. So make sure to clean very well with tooth brush. And next, While ago i’ve told you about the water. The quantity of water should be 2.5L It should be exactly 2.5 L
use the beaker to measure correctly. But if you don’t have one then weight it. To weight this i set the machine to zero. Weight of the beaker is excluded. Weight exactly 2.5 kg for the use. The reason why weight or amount is important is, Because if you add water more than 2.5 kg The process will take longer. Lesser will harden the JWA. So make sure to measure accuratly. Now i’m going to pour water. And next, This is caustic soda. Add exactly 3.2 kg I’m going to add caustic soda. After adding caustic soda, it will create gas So close the lid. when caustic soda meets water the temperature will rise more then 100°C Rotate it like this to melt. After doing this action open the lid to check You can confirm it’s all melted. Oh, there is little bit left at the bottom. Make sure whether it’s perfectly melted or not. Don’t do it if it’s not fully melted. After melting caustic soda, Now i’m going to add canola oil. If you see here, It may look simple and easy to open.
But make sure you open it slowly. If you do it fast, the lid will eventually break. I’m going to demonstrate DOn’t use your strenght and just pull it slowly like this. There you go it’s open. Then rotate the lever. There is similar thing after opening. Pull it slowly Don’t do it fast. And next is the air hole. Do the same with this as well. Slowly It’s all open and now i’m going to pour canola oil. Here you see the other hole. If you pour it horizontally then the oil can over flow. So make sure to pour vertically . Wait untill it’s done. Wait little more to finish. And next i’m going to use hand drill. I told you before to use cleaned drill right? When you choose drill, there is a shorter one and long one. The longer one works better. And you can get this kind of drill easly from the hardware store. There is wired one and wireless one. I do not recommand to use wireless one. But if you are going to use wireless then it will take longer. And i saw some people try to make it by using their hand. But keep in mind that it won’t work. You won’t be able to make it even if you do for 5 to 6 hours. You MUST use drill. And now i’m going to drill. At first you can see the color is light. We intend to make long video because i wanted show how the color changes. Let’s see here.
It looks like watery mayo. Or looks like sticky rice wine. Normally the drilling process takes about 5 to 7 minutes. The reason why the time is different is because of the different RPM. But if you use wireless then it will take even longer like 10 to 20 minutes. In case you’ve drilled lesser than the minimum time. Later it will be watery.
and it should be harden. You have to follow this instrution correctly in order to make it like mayo. In summer you should drill longer. I’ve seen cases that people drilled less so it wasn’t harden. We now finished the basic process. Next step is to fermentate for 3 days. current temperature is about 63°C During the fermentation it rises to about 85°C And temperature slowly drops. Mean while there going to be saponifying reaction And after saponifying reaction It will harden and will look like a butter This is normal. If you do mistake with with amount of water, Later it won’t be harden but watery. And sometimes you can see oil marks here In that case drill again untill it will get harden. Then do the fermenting once more. However process of making JS (JADAM Sulfur) won’t get much effect to weather. But when making JWA most problem you will face is during winter. Try to make it inside greenhouse. Or ferment it inside garage for 3 days. I will be back for the next step after 3 days. We showed you making process 3 days ago. And today i’m going to show you result after fermenting for 3 days. As you can see that it is harden like butter or margarine. I’m going to touch it. Yes, it’s like butter. Depenign on condition it can be little harden or more.
So there can be little difference. I’m going to cut harden JWA to make wetting agent. And adding more water to melt it.
That’s how JWA is made. So to melt it with water, First I’m going to add 20 L of water. The water that i’m pouring is soften with softner
and it is mandatory to use soften one. If water is not good it can decrease effectivness of JWA. (Add 20 L of water after fermentation.) I just have poured 20 L of water. And next, I’m going to use hand drill again. Here i’m teeling you again drill should very clean before using it. When your drilling after adding 20 L of water. Don’t think about finishing it here. this process is just making particle smaller. Try to drill on the corner of the bucket. And now you can see that particle is smaller than before. Next step is add more water. By continuing the same process i’m making 100 L Now i’m going to try. (After firts procedure of pouring water chop the particles) Here you see the broken particles of harden JWA. I’m going to add more water. (add more 60 L of water) During this process many people mistaking by pouring water till this line. If the water is bit lesser than the reciepe, it won’t melt. So you must need to measure exactly 100L . First i poured 20 L And next step you will pour 60L of water. In that way you will have 100 L People often pour lesser than 100L because they think the foam will over flow. But it won’t happen. fter all this you can see it will leave 3cm gap from the top. I’m going to use this wooden stick to stir. You can use the drill to stir but the problem is, TThe drill is short. You will get electric shock if you try to drill till the bottom. Because of this reason i recommand to stir with cleaned wooden stick. You MUST use clean one. NEVER use the stick that used in making JS Use new one only for JWA You don’t want to get foreign paricles to disturb the process. Sitr slowly like this. the reason why there is difference with process during whole year is, In winter sometimes the particles of JWA sinks to bottom So you need to stir till the bottom. This process is not yet done just by stiring once or twice. Leave it after stir it will melt is self Give some time to melt after stir. To complete the process wait 24 hours approximatly. So total time of completion will take about 4 days. People often in hurry so they drill very much. But if you drill longer then it will be like milk. However if the water is good enough then milky color will be brighter after sometime. You don’t have to drill long time. Just stir slowly with wooden stick.
the melting time will take about 24 hours. Don’t try to complete at once. Close the lid after stir. And stir it couple more time once in 1 or 2 hours. It will melt slowly and it will be complete. I will show you later how it looks like. Everyone is in different situation and temperature is different.. So the melting time depends on quality of water. And in summer it melts faster. But in winter it melts slow so it takes longer than 24 hours. Preferably do it inside the garage or greenhouse. Even with perfect ratio sometimes there can be an error due to different situation. In that case just add 2 L more.
That can help melt JWA. We did stir while ago right? Now 1 hour has passed since first stir now i’m going to stri one more time. You have to check whether it’s fully melt or not.
you can feel there is some left while stiring. Stir it again slowly. In cold weather you will see lot more at the bottom. In hot weather the particles floats a lot. Stir well enough like this. If you have time then just stir it continuosly. close the lid again after stiring it. Now 2 hours and 30 minutes has passed.
I’m going to check how is it. You can see the foam has reduced. Stir till deep again. You can seethe color change. Stir neatly from top to bottom and middle to corner. It’s almost melted. Do it slowly. 4 hours has been passed now from begining of the process. I’m going to open the lid for checking. It has changed a lot.
I’m going to stir again. See it’s melted more than before right?
and also i can see it has less foam. Now 6 hours has passed.
I’m going to check again. See the change here, it’s almost melted. I’m going to stir it again. You can also use drill this time if there is no particles. During the cold weather the particles sinks to bottom. If you use drill then you can only drill top due to shortness of drill. So i recommand to use long wooden stick to stir well. Now 12 hour has passed. You can see the change of color. It’s not fully melted. The temperature of JWA is about 22°C I’m going to chek amount of water. even little less water can effect the process. It’s currently 4 cm not 3 I’m going to add little more water. I’m goint to adjust water amount till 3 cm. I added 2cm more to make exactly 3 cm. If the amount of water is less then it won’t melt. Because it has staturation temperature. If you it’s not melted well then adjust the amount if water is less Melting can vary depending on temperature. 24 hours has passed. Let’s check it out. I stired it couple of time in between. Let’s see how it’s done. That’s it See, it’s almost done But here some important point. It is not always melting with 100 L It depends on temperature.
for example, in summer due to high temperature it melts faster. And in cold weather due to low temperature it sometimes does not melt well. Which will take longer. I told you it takes 24 hours but it is not fixed. It can be done faster than 24 hours depending on weather and temperature. In winter if the temperature is low then it won’t melt. If it’s not fully melted then, Use the JWA from upside. and add little more water. Try to make JWA inside greenhouse. It’s much more effective to make somewhere warm. Let’s see here. Here’s the JWA i putted in the bottle. It’s well done when you see bright and clean . It costed us only $50 And the result is 100 bottles of JWA. It has no expire date so you can store it forever. We recommand to use this ratio of 3 L for 500L of water. I don’t recommand lower than 3 L because it will lose wetting effect. So i recommand 3 L to 15 L for use the more you increase the amount the more control value
and more pest control value you will get But contionues use will not be helpful. If situation is not well then you can increase the amount and spray twice. Then i recommand to decrease the amount for next use. it is very effective when you increase the amount
however it may cause side effect if it’s way too much. Here i have another one with different color. Bottle which is bit darker is 2 years and 6 months old. if you store it for like 2 year and half then it will get fermented
and it will get darker like this. Fermented one is more effective and more you do it will get better. but there isn’t really a huge difference between these two.
so i just recommand you to use 4 days old However, older you ferment it you will have little more wetting value. And next, We are going to store it somewhere right? What i mentioned about JS is, That i recommanded to store on separate bucket. Because there can be a concentration difference
if you store it in the same bucket. However, you can use any plastic bottle for JWA. And one more thing you can just close this bucket to store it. We just showed a video how to make JS and JWA in detail. JS is disinfectant and JWA is wetting agent. If you buy these two from market it will be very expensive. One bottle could cost about $50. But if you make it by your self it will only cost you $0.5 So you can do ultra low cost organic farming. Usage of JWA is 3 times more than JS. This two are JADAM eco-friendly pest control method Which is the base of ultra low cost organic agriculture. And if you mix herbs in it then making JADAM solution is complete. to use 5 liters for 500 liters. If you increase the amount of JWA

who are worried 5 liters is too much . As you saw in the manufacturing process,

kitchen detergent or shampoo. As you can see
The effect is really excellent. Even though our farm is currently hard water,
There is no big problem in using the JWA. Let me explain why you should utilize
JWA as a detergent. As you can see in the table It does not destroy the ecosystem. That’s why it is allowed for organic farming. On the other hand, synthetic wetting agents
and detergents used in pesticides In nature, It does not decomposed forever, Thoes are released into rivers, polluting the soil and polluting the mother earth. Lot of scientist claims that lot of fish is disapearing- because of water pollution due to
heavy use of synthetic detergent. Also there is many documents which prooves that
it affects negativly to chirldren. I strongly urge everyone to use JWA not just as pesticide wetting agent but also as a house hold dtergent. JWA is easy to produce. And it only cost 5cents per liter. It was really difficult to use
natural soap daily due to the price. But with JADAM method you can make your
own shamppo and detergent in very low cost. So how do we make solid type of soap out of JWA? It is simple, just by replacing potassium hydroxide
into sodium hydroxide can easily make solid type. You can shape it with mold We uploaded the video and
also I’m going to show you how it’s made. With JADAM it is very easy to
produce something like this. You can use the mold to make in different shapes. And interestingly enough it only cost 5 cents. Let me show you how it’s made. Please welcome sona from JADAM. Hello, everyone.
My name is sona from JADAM in the begining of inventing JWA, We found adding sodium hydroxide instead
of potassium hydroxide can make solid type of JWA. And today I’m going to show you
how to make JWA into soap bar. The tool you will need is handblender. heat resistant plastic container, electronic scale, measuring cups, Mask, gloves, spoon, plate And soap mold. If you don’t have any mold,
you can use paper cups. For ingredient please prepare
Sodium hydroxide, Water And any kind of oil. If you want to make something good for skin You can use herbl oil as well. let’s begin. Turn on the electronic scale
and set it to zero. measure 125g of water. Then pour into plastic container. Next, set it to zero again. measure 160g of sodium hydroxide. wear a mask before you add it. Then shake little bit to make sure it melt. Then add 900ml of any oil This is canola oil. Then blend with handblender. This is how it looks like after blending. It takes about 2-3 minutes become like this. Now it is done.
Let’s pour into mold. Let it sit for 3 days. I think it becomes softer as time passes. Now this is completed soild JWA. Thank you for watching.
