I am going to show Dalia upma is nothing but broken wheat upma it is also called as cracked wheat upma or godhuma rava upma you can call this recipe as a weight loss recipe as Dalia is rich in fiber increases the metabolic rate in our body and also flushes out extra toxins as a result we can gradually reduce the weight So those who are trying to reduce weight can add this recipe in their daily breakfast Becoming trending as a waitress recipe so first check out the ingredients Dalia 1 cup Coriander leaves 4 to 5 spins Green Chillies 2 Curry leaves 1 Spring onions 1 thinly sliced Tomato 1 Roughly chopped Carrot 1 small diced into small pieces oil 2 to 3 Tablespoons salt to taste and few ingredients like quarter teaspoon of mustard seeds quantity spoon cumin seeds 1/2 tSP [redang] 1/2 TSP Chana Dal for tempering and for one cup of dalia and taking 3 cups of water for boiling okay now let us proceed to prepare this recipe To make this diary of my recipe first I have heated a pan now once the pan is hot I’m adding oil The oil has become hot now I’m adding all the [ingredients] which I have shown [you] for tempering that is mustard seeds cumin seeds horrid, enchiladas Let us sort of this for a minute Now onceit has has turned red. I’m adding Green chillies I’m adding curry leaves now you can add other veggies like beans and green things for more crunchiness Now let us cook these carrots till they become soft? Carrots are half cooked now. I’m adding tomatoes Now I’m adding salt I don’t want to overcook the wedges I am cooking it only 70 to 80% in this way the vegetables will retain their shape and crunchiness The vegetables are cooked I’m adding broken wheat that is dalia and stir this for a minute. Have Sorted this [rava] has slightly changed its color It means it has been nicely roasted now.
