I came into food science really
interested in research and development um that’s the majority of what people come in
wanting to do. I actually had an internship this past summer and I did research and development. I was a chemist intern for a food company and um I still really like research and development but it’s kinda broadened my idea and now I’m torn between research and development, marketing, a management, sales just kind of I’ve kind of opened back up to where I probably should have come in
with um a really open mind. So now I’m kind of looking around at all the different fields within food science because I’m really interested in all of them.
