    Joseph please mention the road access to the land, if there are any. Or if there’s a right of way to the land. As you know it is very important and I think more important than the source of water. Thanks.

    I see from Google Maps that Alicia, Bohol is inland from Mabini. Are they saying the stream is completely dead or it will get water when there's rain? I can't believe that guy in a dark jacket and carrying a backpack walking in the heat.
