Whole wheat flour -21/2 cup Refined flour(Maida) — 2cup Olive oil — 1teaspoon/any oil 11/2 teaspoon salt. 1 teaspoon honey or sugar.It’s food for the yeast. 1Tablespoon dry active yeast.It’s important for the rise of the bread. 1 Teaspoon cinnamon powder(If you don’t have you can avoid). Water– 21/2 cup Take warm(not hot and cold) water (21/2 cup) in a mixing bowl. Yeast Put Salt. Honey Stir with light hands and let it set for 3o minutes. AFTER 30 MIN We can see nice bubbling foam stuff on the top. Mix lightly. Now add flour and mix .Add small amount at a time.Don’t add all at a time.Like this ma ke a soft dough till it stops sticking to the hand. Add oil Cinnamon powder. Mix with hand. Now dough is not sticking to the hands .It means it’s ready Make a ball . Folding it inside( like in the video) . Now make a ball exactly the way shown in the video.It’s important for the rise of the dough. Cover and let it rest for 40min in a warm place. AFTER 40 MINUTES. It has got a nice rise. Put a little oil in the hand and lightly fold the the dough. Now roll it in an elongated shape with hands. Place it in board and lightly roll . Divide it in 2 part to make two french bread loaf. Again roll ,but do not roll too much. Then fold from the sides as in the video. Folding in the right direction is mandatary for the nice rise of the bread. One french loaf is ready. Place in the baking tray lined with a greased parchment paper. Similarly roll second loaf. Both the loafs are ready. Cover and let it rest for 20 min and switch on the oven at 200 degree celsius for 20 min to preheat before baking. Sread a little butter for a nice glaze. Make slits with a knife. Inside the oven for 25 minutes at 200 degree celsius. AFTER 25 MINUTES Grease with a little butter. Nicely baked with a nice glaze. This sound shows that loaf are very nicely baked.
