How-To With Fred CROP PRINT SCREEN

Sometimes you need a quick image to add a
little color or information into a document or presentation. This video will show you how to grab a screen
shot, crop it and place it into a document. Start by finding the image. For this sample I will use the YouTube site. Hit the Screen Print key. Open a Word Document. Paste the screen shot into your document. Select the image by clicking on it. Select the Crop Tool from the toolbar. Crop the image down to where you want it. You can do one side at a time or work from
the corners. Click on that document and you have a full
control jpeg. A little color in a presentation can go a
long way.
