In the video…I mentioned 32 oz…It is in fact 26 ounces…Still a great deal.
So use in this order….pre coat, compound, polish, pre coat, ceramic coat …am I right? Wont the pre coat wipe away all the paint correction from the polish and compound?
Can you apply this product outside and let it cure outside?
Can't wait to see what the longevity is on this. Thanks for the vid!
Can I just use this over what's on my car already, not strip everything off, claybar, etc ?
Hi Apex, how to do the layering? Do you wash the car again and reapply the CMX? Thanks
Brian, THANK YOU for your great videos! Did you clay the motorcycle before you did the CMX? I am a detail novice but would like to protect my motorcycles. What are the 1,2,3 steps for applying CMX and what the the producst you would recommend? Is this safe to put on motorcycle plastics?
This is stuff the others dont put to the test.
Why was your water a pinkish purple?
Hi Brian, is it safe to use on glass too?
Kiss me where the sun don't shine with your "witch oil".
Did you do the 24 hour cure period?
Great review bud.
What type of gun were you using to wet down the panel?
I'm about to introduce CMX to my shop.
Still testing at this point before we offer it to our customers.
So far it's great
The product looks good.My question is can I just wash vehicle and apply with out having to go through a lot of prepping?
What do you think of using CMX and then Bead Maker as a topper?
Love your vids!!

Between Adams and mother's in your opinion who has the best ceramic spray
About megs… you said that there is no SiO2 in Safety Data Sheet
, but SiO2 is not hazardous so it won't be included as separate ingredient there. It is included there: Non-Hazardous Ingredients
Brian, what I liked for the demonstration was the use of contrast from black to white. For aesthetics, gloss, pop, etc. Black is awesome for depth and shine, white is a necessity in demoing these types of coatings, sealants, waxes, etc., as getting a white or silver car , even yellow to really pop doesn't happen for some products, so demoing the light colors and contrasting them to the dark sure helps in the evaluation. Thank you Brian.P.S. I'm really enjoying g the use of the colored water, brilliant idea. Yestetday I was just at the local detail shop getting a hand wash in this ice cold weather, I recommended your channel to 3 guys including the owner. It's a small operation, he wants to get into ceramic coatings, I told him to watch you videos, particularly the QP-ON , and send you an email. A couple of weeks ago we had a 50 degree day. Was able to get a wash in using Revive, then Mega Shined the whole Truck in and out, the shop owner wad impresses with beading and the shine. He asked how did I find out abou that stuff…Brian at Apex Detail.
That was a pretty compelling illustration. No doubt, these spray-on-buff-off type of coatings will come closer and closer to traditional ceramic coatings by years end.
Adam’s spray coating vs Mother’s CMX please!
How do you know if a polish has a cleaner in it?
Thank you for turning down the volume during the mechanical polish. Pets nearby thank you too.
Do you think this is good for road salt and bird shit?
Now put the same type of food dye, so that you know you have not missed a bit of any panel when application is down, also mainly for white or light colored car paint surfaces. 🙂
Hi Brian, Love your videos. How would you compare this to Wolfgang deep gloss paint sealant? If you take the time to do all the prep work which one do you think will hold up better? Thanks so much!
