Nice movie, but I would have liked to see more women on the training and pictures in the field….where did u hide them?
what i saw in regard to climate change, it makes senses and i learn that sharing idea which is traditionally or scientifically will benefit for the future trust and policy formulation
All I can see is that when the climatic knowledge is generally revealed to farmers on their daily activities that hamper on the climate change over time that is leading to the global warming today, everyone will change for the better. We need to let all food eater to protect our environment. Plant green crops around your house today and tell your friends to do same and stop bush burning mostly in Africa, we would reduce 25% of air pollution to the barest minimum level.
The CGIAR Research Program on Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security is working with farmers from Kaffrine, Senegal, on how to communicate and package climate forecasts.
The project is rolled out together with the National Meteorological Agency (ANACIM), the National Agency for Agricultural and Rural Advice (ANCAR); the Ministry of Agriculture; Senegal Department of Rural Development (SDDR), the Senegalese Agricultural Research Institute (ISRA), the International Research Institute for Climate and Society (IRI) and World Vision.
