I’m a big fan of salt water nasal sprays. I mean I really do think they help — nasal
saline irrigation. Not only just necessarily the neti pot, but even a simple $2 bottle
from your local convenience store or pharmacy is, I think, helpful.
The whole point of that is you’re rinsing the stuff that gets caught in your nose. The
reason why you sneeze, the reason why you make mucous, the reason why you’re having
all these allergy symptoms is your body is trying to wash all this stuff away. So by
using a salt water nasal spray a couple times a day, it’s helpful. It’s easy to do.
